Natural Organic Loofah Bath and Kitchen Sponge

Time to ditch that old bacteria filled plastic loofah, and grab the natural alternative.  An all natural loofah is made from the dried fruit of the Luffa aegyptiaca plant, a tropical gourd in the cucumber family.  

This dried fruit contains a slightly abrasive surface making it ideal to exfoliate all of that dry winter skin.  

How long do loofas last?  With proper care (washing thoroughly and fully drying between uses) loofah's will last several months.  When a new one is needed, simply toss in your compost pile as natural loofahs are biodegradable!
